Silver Tree Partners' founders Paul Gardner and Alan Moore began working in tandem partnership in 1995 by concentrating on investments and real estate development opportunities in and around some of Dallas' premier locations. Their primary focus has always been based on the theory of creating additional value, which translates to above average investment returns. Over the years, Silver Tree Partners has assimilated a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, retail, office and industrial developments located in some of the areas most affluent and fastest growing communities.
