Silver Tree Partners won't need a roadmap to find its latest purchase because of the high-profile location.

The Addison-based investor has teamed up with Beer Wells Real Estate Services Inc. to buy a shopping center at the southwest corner of LBJ Freeway and Preston Road in North Dallas.

The 75,000 square foot Preston Valley Center is just south of Valley View Center.

"The property is currently leased at 94 percent occupancy.  However, we see continued upside in this property - particularly since it is inside the loop on Preston Road," said Silver Tree president Paul Gardner.
