Silver Tree Partners with Beer Wells to Acquire Preston Valley Center

Addison based Silver Tree Partners, Inc recently partnered with Dallas based Beer-Wells Real Estate Services, Inc to acquire Preston Valley Center, a 75,000 square foot retail shopping center located at the corner of Preston Road and LBJ freeway. "The property is currently leased at 94% occupancy; however, we see continued upside in this property....particularly since it is inside the loop on Preston road." says Paul Gardner, President of Silver Tree Partners, Inc. Beer Wells will take over property management and leasing, with Silver Tree Partners providing the bulk of the equity and asset management. Paul Gardner commented, "This is not the first time we have cooperated in an acquisition with another real estate firm.
